Arriving late cuts down on your valuable service time. If you arrive late, your service will still end on time in consideration of the next client.
For waxing services, I am usually able to accommodate an arrival of up to five minutes late and will complete the service as much as possible within the allotted time that is left. For all other services, arrivals up to 15 minutes after the appointment start time will be accommodated as much as possible with the time that is left. I will always accommodate as much of the appointment time as your late arrival allows.
If you are going to be more than 5 -15 minutes late for your scheduled service, you may have to reschedule your appointment and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
Please schedule responsibly and take traffic, weather and potential conflicts into consideration when booking your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 12 hours, fail to arrive, or show up to your appointment past the 10-minute grace period and are unable to be serviced, you are responsible for 50% of the cost of your session. The cancellation fee must be paid in full prior to your next booking otherwise all future appointments will be on hold. This is with respect to Allison and other clients who may have been able to fill your appointment time.
Cancelling your appointment can be done either through the link you receive in your confirmation text, via email or by texting the business phone line.

While it might be tempting to touch your face or body after a wax, resist the impulse. Hands can introduce oil and impurities that can irritate pores and cause breakouts in the waxed area. Wait a few days before using exfoliants on the waxed area as freshly waxed skin needs time to recover. Avoid intense workouts that can introduce sweat or bacteria to your freshly waxed skin. This includes intimate activity. Waxing can make skin more sensitive to the sun, so make sure to use proper sun protection and avoid sun exposure for a couple of days if possible.
